This site presents property, short-term rental management and advisory services. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute entering into a contract or accepting a specific offer.

Information and forecasts

Market valuations and forecasts of income, occupancy or returns are indicative and depend on the specific property and market conditions. They do not guarantee future results.

Property information

The person submitting a property confirms that they own it or are authorised to represent the owner, and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Subsequent arrangements

The published €59 monthly fee covers the described Booking and Airbnb management and is not calculated as a percentage of property revenue. Initial setup, additional services, platform fees and operating costs are agreed separately. The final scope and terms are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement.
