Founder and owner

Viktor Tsvetanski is the founder and owner of At 12 & 5. The company grew out of his first property — house no. 12 in quarter 5 of a gated complex, converted into a guest house. Hands-on experience with preparation, positioning, guest communication and day-to-day property care became the foundation of the service. Today, Viktor is building At 12 & 5 as a personal short-term rental management partner in Sofia, focused on transparent results and long-term property care.
