A clear proposal before work begins.
Every property requires a different operational scope. After the initial review, you receive a written proposal showing what is included, how the fee is calculated and which costs are charged separately.
Management fee
The fee is applied to a clearly defined base and comes with an exact list of included online, operational and reporting activities. We do not publish a universal percentage before confirming the property and required scope.
Costs outside management
Platform fees, cleaning, laundry, supplies, repairs and other external services are separated from the management fee.
Repairs and exceptional costs
The agreement defines the approval threshold, the emergency process and how the cost and action taken are documented.
Diagnosis and investment instructions
Pricing depends on the task, data required, complexity of the analysis and whether the work includes a written summary, viewings, negotiations or coordination through to completion.
